Booking and Payment:

• All bookings are considered confirmed upon receipt of an email with confirmation which secures your reservation.
• Full payment is required on the day of booking to guarantee your spot.

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Cancellations made up to one day before the tour start time are eligible for a refund of 100% of the total tour cost.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour start date are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Tour Itinerary:

• While every effort is made to adhere to the scheduled itinerary, we reserve the right to modify tour routes, activities, or destinations if necessary. Such changes will be communicated to participants in advance.
• In cases where weather conditions or safety concerns arise, adjustments to the itinerary may be made to ensure the well-being of participants.

Participant Responsibilities:

• Participants are required to follow all instructions provided by the driver for the duration of the tour.
• To avoid disruption to the group, participants are expected to arrive at the designated meeting point punctually. Late arrivals may result in missed portions of the tour.

Health and Safety:

• Participants with medical conditions or special requirements are kindly requested to inform us in advance of the tour date.
• While we take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety of participants, we are not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the tour.

Liability:

• We accept no liability for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by participants during the tour, including but not limited to property damage, injuries, or illness.
• Participants are responsible for their own well-being and personal safety throughout the duration of the tour.

Photography and Media:

• By participating in our tours, participants grant us permission to use any photographs or videos taken during the tour for promotional and marketing purposes. However, participants may request in writing to be excluded from such media usage.

Children and Minors:

• Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Any adult accompanying minors is solely responsible for their behavior, safety, and well-being.

Force Majeure:

• We shall not be held responsible for any disruptions, cancellations, or modifications to the tour caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, strikes, or government actions.

Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Malta.
